Liftgate 0001 - Liftgate Services and Residential Delivery

If you do not have the means to offload from a trailer at your site i.e. forklift or necessary equipment depending on the size and weight of your order, then you will need liftgate service or arrange means to offload equipment. If liftgate service is ordered, it will be noted on Bill of Lading. With this service it is not your responsibility to offload equipment. It is the shippers responsibility to place the piece of equipment on the ground. If they fail to contact you and deliver without this service refuse the shipment. Have the driver note on Bill of Lading why you refused the order.
