Return/Refund Policy

All products are dropped shipped from our location and or the manufacturer's location. Given the fact that the products are in many cases large pieces of equipment shipped directly from the factory our Return/Refund policy is comprised of two sections.

Products shipped from Osolnik Machinery & Supplies location:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) sent from Osolnik Machinery & Supplies location in Berea, Kentucky contact our customer service representatives at 859-986-3453 within 30 days and we will refund the entire purchase price of the product(s) less shipping and handling. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging to the following address: Osolnik Machinery & Supplies,  120 North Broadway, Berea, Kentucky 40403. In some cases the product(s) will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer depending on the product and manufacturer's refund/return policy.

Products shipped from the Manufacturer's location:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with merchandise purchased that is dropped shipped from the manufacturer's facility first please contact Osolnik Machinery & Supplies. The Factory Warranty will replace any defective product(s) at no cost to customer for the duration of the product's warranty period. Please contact our customer service representatives at 859-986-3453. If it is determined the product(s) must be returned. Product must be returned in its original condition to the manufacturer and this will be done either by a RGA number being assigned by manufacturer or if applicable shipping arrangements and cost of shipping plus restocking fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Also, Please save all packing material until you have inspected items.  If you need to return any of the items you will need the original packing materials.
